What people write about
Starting a club
You don't need us for this — start your club and it is running in a minute. The first 30 days are free, and nothing is collected until your first tournament after that. Write if you would rather talk it through first.
Something has gone wrong
Tell us the club's name, which screen you were on, and what you expected to happen instead. A photograph of the screen is worth more than any description.
Most questions about running an evening are already answered in the Q&A, and it is quicker than waiting on us.
Your records, or your account
Getting a copy of what a club holds, correcting a name, or closing an account and having its details deleted. What we keep and who can see it is set out in the terms and website policy.
If you are a member of a club, your own admin can fix most of this in a moment — their name and number are on your club page.
Seeing it first
Ask and we will point you at the practice site, where you can run a whole tournament, and at the phone screens your players would use. Nothing there is real and it is cleared every night.
Euchre Clubhouse, operated by Mulonas Consulting Group Inc. (David Mulonas, CEO) — ring if you would rather talk it through. For anything gone wrong, write: a message can carry a photograph of the screen, and it leaves us both with the same words to come back to.
